1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the ICE Sculpting Masterclass and/or EMShape Sculpting Masterclass (“Courses”), the participant (“Student,” “Client,” or “Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as a legally binding contract with BSALLC.
2. Educational Purpose Only
These Courses are for educational and informational purposes only. The treatments, techniques, and protocols taught are not medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
It is the student’s sole responsibility to research and comply with local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations related to the practice of body sculpting, aesthetics, and non-invasive treatments in their area.
BSALLC does not guarantee legal compliance or licensing status and is not liable for how students apply the information provided.
3. Eligibility & Responsibility
Enrollment is open to individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling, the student affirms they are mentally and physically capable of learning and applying the material responsibly and ethically.
Student acknowledges that results may vary, and course completion does not guarantee business success, income, or specific client outcomes.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access granted upon enrollment, all payments are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, transfers, or refunds will be honored once payment is submitted.
5. Payment & Access
Enrollment requires payment in full. Once payment is completed, students will receive access to the online training portal and, if applicable, any physical kits included with the course.
It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. BSALLC is not liable for delays, fees, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All content provided within these Courses — including training videos, digital materials, written guides, lesson plans, and live recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of BSALLC and is protected by U.S. copyright law.
Students may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course materials. Unauthorized use or distribution will result in legal action and immediate revocation of access without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Results
BSALLC makes no guarantees regarding student outcomes, client results, or income potential. The training is designed to equip students with skills and guidance, but success is dependent on the student’s effort, application, and external factors beyond BSALLC’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSALLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Courses, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or equipment misuse.
Participation in the Courses is voluntary and at the student’s own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts located in California.
10. Modifications to Terms
BSALLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Courses following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
